Will Cross is the Director of the Copyright & Digital Scholarship Center in the North Carolina State University Libraries. He leads the NCSU Alt-Textbook project and was recently awarded an IMLS grant to study OER adoption and development. Will speaks and writes nationally on copyright, scholarly communication, and open culture.
