Tracy Tolliver is currently the Director of Library Information Technology at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign Library, leading help desk, workstation and network support, infrastructure management and support, web development, and scholarly communications and repository services development. She has worked in IT for over 25 years, with the last 17 years spent in higher education IT. Tracy has spent time with system-wide IT, campus IT, and departmental IT groups, providing her with a wide perspective to draw from for this discussion.
