Tim works with the CEO and other members of the management team to devise the strategy for the company, and to ensure that the strategy is being effectively implemented. Silverchair’s success with our customers depends on the effective strategic and operational integration of product, business development, technology, delivery, and people, and Tim’s role is to oversee and facilitate that integration. Tim joined Silverchair in 2018, having previously worked at Oxford University Press for 27 years in various positions across the organization, including President of OUP USA. Tim served most recently as Managing Director for the Global Academic Division, where he was responsible for OUP’s research publishing globally, including journals, scholarly books, and reference, and for higher education, and dictionary publishing.
