Born and raised in Manaus/Amazonas, Polinho currently lives in Rio de Janeiro where he works as a data coordinator at data_labe (data laboratory located in the Favela da Maré and member of the Network Rights Coalition). He has a master's degree and is currently pursuing his PhD in Epidemiology and Population Data Science at UFRJ.
Polinho believes and works for the democratization of technologies, made by all people in a free and sovereign way.
