- Provide responsive customer service and foster vendor relations to facilitate SCELC institutions’ e-resource eJournal collection development, including eJournals, eJournal packages and additional purchase and subscription products including renewals from those publishers
- Provide information on and clarification of eJournal package contents and licensing terms
- Participate in vendor advisory boards, standards organizations, discussion lists and committees which help SCELC both understand and influence the broader library community and eJournal publishing market
