Director of Galter Health Sciences Library & Learning Center
Kristi Holmes is the Director of Galter Health Sciences Library & Learning Center and Professor of Preventive Medicine in the Division of Health & Biomedical Informatics at Northwestern University. She is deeply committed to open and inclusive science and brings extensive experience with highly collaborative technical information projects on the local, national, and international level. Dr. Holmes directs evaluation for several large institutes, training grants, and other strategic initiatives, including the Evaluation and Continuous Improvement Program (ECIP) at the Northwestern University Clinical and Translational Sciences Institute (NUCATS), where she also serves as an associate director of the institute. She is the Director of the Network of the National Library of Medicine (NNLM) National Evaluation Center (NEC) and serves as the Chief of Knowledge Management at the NU Institute for Augmented Intelligence in Medicine (I.AIM).
