Judith C. Russell is Dean of University Libraries at the University of Florida. Previously she has served as Superintendent of Documents at the US Government Printing Office and as Deputy Director for the US National Commission on Libraries and Information Science. Earlier in her career she worked in marketing and product development in the information industry and in special libraries. In 2017, she received the NFAIS Miles Conrad Award in recognition of her significant achievements in librarianship and in fostering the growth of information services. She holds a Master’s Degree in Library Science.
