Jo Angela Oehrli is a former high school and middle school teacher who currently is a Learning Librarian at the University of Michigan Libraries/Ann Arbor. She serves on the ACRL Instruction Section Executive Board & the LOEX Advisory Board, and has been an adjunct lecturer for UM’s School of Information & the College of Literature, Science and the Arts. She is also the Children’s Literature Librarian at UM. In 2017, she won ALA’s Library Instruction Round Table’s Librarian Recognition Award and University of Michigan’s University Librarian Recognition Award. She has written two children’s books about statistics and the ethics of data use.
