Gretchen Grugeuen is an archivist and librarian specializing in digital libraries and technology. She currently works at the Center for Open Science on the Open Science Framework (OSF) and is an adjunct professor for the PennWest – Clarion University Department of Information and Library Science.

Her work has included managing data services for the Digital Public Library of America, creating a program for born-digital archives as Digital Archivist at the University of Virginia, leading digitization and repository-building efforts as Digital Collections Librarian for East Carolina University, and supporting digital collections and research projects at the University of Maryland. In addition, she has consulted with clients including the Pennsylvania Academic Library Consortium, Inc., Penn State University, and Princeton University, and been involved with several digital library and digital humanities projects such as the Thomas MacGreevy Archive.
