Arthur Andrew Rouner was began work in libraries at the Electronic Text Center at theUniversity of Virginia, followed by positions at the University of Richmond and then Washington University in St. Louis where he was Director of the Digital Library. He was PI for the “St. Louis Freedom Suits / Legal Encoding Project” and launched the institutional repository and the library publishing program there. He joined George Mason University as the Director of Mason Publishing Group and the George Mason University Press in 2020. He earned his PhD from the University of Virginia.
