Check Out What's New in NISO's Video Library
Featuring a wide variety of content, from public webinars on standards projects to roundtable discussions and sessions from NISO Plus events, NISO's Video Library is a great place to learn about topics of interest to the information community. Recent additions to the library include educational content on accessibility, metadata, open science, and more:
- Two four-hour video conferences on metadata, one on metadata quality and discovery, the other on inclusive terminology in metadata and its associated descriptors.
- Two webinars introducing metrics, the first part covering assessing usage and the second, opportunities for developing new and more equitable metrics.
- NISO's 2023 Tech Summit on open science, featuring expert speakers on advancing research integrity and transparency.
- Webinars on multilingual content and strategic planning.
The NISO Video Library is also your resource for brushing up on information standards. It's the place to find recordings of public webinars on recommended practices like the Communication of Retractions, Removals, and Expressions of Concern (CREC) and standards initiatives including the Collaborative Collections Lifecycle Project. In addition, the library hosts recordings of NISO Working Group Updates from previous NISO Plus conferences (like this one from 2024) and our Annual Members Meetings, enabling you to stay abreast of the latest standards projects.
