Currently the Deputy Director, Operations and eLicensing, at OhioLINK, Amy Pawlowski manages the operations of the organization as well as e-Resource negotiations and contracts. Prior to OhioLINK, Amy worked for the Cleveland Public Library (CPL), where she was the web applications manager and oversaw technology projects and managed e-Resources for CPL and the CLEVNET consortium. She was the first partner services manager at Rakuten Overdrive, Inc., worked as an archivist for the Cleveland Orchestra, and worked at several different academic libraries. She has taught information literacy, served on and chaired a number of library-related task forces and is a regular presenter at library conferences.
