These two talks were provided by Nettie Lagace, Associate Director for Programs, NISO, during the 2018 pre-conference, China-U.S. Forum on Standards for Digital Resources, held on March 19-20 and sponsored by the Council for East Asian Libraries. Lagace participated in two sessions:
