NIST & the Testing of Facial Recognition Technology

Wired Magazine writes that NIST (a #NISO member organization) has tracked the steady improvement in algorithms designed to scrutinize human physiognomy, and developed new testing regimes to keep up. They're so good at it that other nations use the technology.
